In the role....

Our 70-person USA team is hiring a growth-focused Product Manager to ideate and drive growth initiatives that drive and optimize new student enrollment, onboarding, and graduation successes.

Working with our Global team and reporting to our Head of Growth, you will have the ownership and resources you need to expand Practicum in the US market. You will work with other Growth Product Managers and collaborate with other teams to find the most ambitious growth opportunities, challenge and test them as quickly as possible. Your efforts will make our best-in-class, career-changing education programs (regardless of their education or background) known and accessible to US career changers.

In your first 3 months, you will…

  • Find growth opportunities using data we have, design the hypotheses and launch your first couple experiments
  • Get product insights from your experiments

In your first 6 months, you will…

  • Get first results on experiment - if success scale/optimize it or fail to next one
    • Ask different people to scale it or iterate till proven
  • Participate in prioritizing the Growth Initiative Roadmap’s features, experiments, and research.
  • Keep running experiments
  • Bolster Marketing in developing experiments like outbound campaigns and in-person events.
  • Rapidly execute and iterate with an emphasis on user delight, impact, and learning.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and launch of new web experiences that raise the bar on quality, performance, and ambition.

  • Run and grow multiple data-driven experiments at once.
  • Keen sense to generate data-driven hypotheses and quickly experiment and iterate on them with a definition of success.
  • Comfortable working with qualitative data as well as quantitative
  • Generate great business ideas out of user interviews and research for new experiments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing (without authority) Marketing, Sales/Admissions, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Have a passion and vision for the future of career-focused education.
  • Excel in ambiguity and at overcoming various obstacles.
  • Find ways to generate positivity, communicate, adapt, and ensure your business and team succeed.
  • Prioritize growth initiatives effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
